OT Cyber Maturity Management

Our Services

Four structured service pillars aligned to IEC 62443, delivered to industrial asset owners and critical infrastructure operators. Every engagement is led by a senior engineer.

Assessment
Lead Service

OT Cyber Maturity Assessment

Our primary diagnostic service. A structured review of your OT environment against the IEC 62443 standard, producing a scored baseline, identified gaps, and a prioritised improvement roadmap that gives your organisation a credible, defensible view of its current security posture.

  • IEC 62443 maturity assessment against Security Levels and Foundational Requirements
  • Current-state review across all assessed control domains
  • Gap identification with risk-based prioritisation
  • Risk-based prioritisation of findings by severity and operational impact
  • Improvement roadmap sequenced against your target Security Level

Architecture

OT Security Architecture

Practical, deployable OT security architecture designed around the Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture and ISA/IEC 62443 zone and conduit methodology. We design hardened perimeter controls, industrial network segmentation, and industrial DMZ configurations appropriate for your operational environment and risk profile.

  • Purdue Model zone definition and boundary architecture for OT environments
  • ISA/IEC 62443 zones and conduits design with access control enforcement
  • OT segmentation: L2 to L3 topology conversion and dedicated subnets for IO, PLC, SCADA, and HMI traffic
  • DMZ design: hardened Industrial DMZ for OT/IT boundary and historian traffic
  • Secure remote access architecture with least-privilege controls and MFA enforcement

Governance

OT Cyber Governance & Advisory

Strategic OT security governance consulting for asset owners, boards, and operations leadership. We translate technical risk into executive language, align your programme to applicable regulatory frameworks including SOCI and CIRMP, and provide the structured oversight your organisation needs to manage OT cyber risk at a programme level.

  • OT cyber strategy: consolidated risk framework aligned to board risk appetite
  • IEC 62443 adoption planning: structured roadmap for framework implementation
  • Governance frameworks: programme governance model, policies, and accountability structure
  • Risk management: OT risk register, treatment plans, and ongoing risk oversight
  • Executive reporting: board-ready OT security posture reports and SOCI / CIRMP alignment documentation

Platform

OT Cyber Maturity Platform

Deployment and onboarding of PCNAudit, a purpose-built software platform for ongoing OT cyber maturity management. It runs three independent IEC 62443 audits per site (Infrastructure, Control Systems, Hosting) and moves the organisation from static assessment documents to a live, evidence-backed management system that tracks maturity continuously. Its field agent, CSNX Scout, gathers the evidence automatically on the plant floor.

  • Three independent IEC 62443 audits per site, each scored under FR1 to FR7
  • Automated evidence from CSNX Scout, with only pass and fail results leaving the site
  • Evidence management: centralised repository with audit trail and version control
  • Gap tracking: structured deficiency register with ownership assignment and status
  • Action management: remediation workflow with due-date tracking and escalation
  • Reporting: automated board-ready outputs and cycle-over-cycle trend analysis

Supporting Capabilities

Delivery Services

Where security architecture or platform deployment requires supporting infrastructure delivery, CSNX provides end-to-end technical execution as a subordinate capability to the primary service pillars above.

S–01

Detailed Network Design

Low-level design documentation, topology diagrams, IP addressing, VLAN design, and configuration specifications for OT and enterprise network infrastructure. Delivered as standalone LLD or as part of a broader architecture engagement.

S–02

Project Delivery

End-to-end project management and technical delivery for infrastructure deployments, migration programmes, and site integration works. Scope definition, vendor coordination, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting aligned to resources sector standards.

S–03

Hardware Supply & Deployment

Industrial networking hardware procurement through authorised distribution, staging, configuration, physical installation, and site commissioning. Delivered in support of approved security architecture designs, with full as-built documentation on handover.
