PCNAudit Platform

See your OT cyber posture the way an auditor would

PCNAudit runs three independent IEC 62443 audits per site (Infrastructure, Control Systems, Hosting) and turns each one into a live management system that updates as evidence lands and gaps close. Its field agent, CSNX Scout, gathers that evidence automatically on the plant floor, so your first score is defensible in days, not months.

Three independent audits  ·  IEC 62443 FR1–FR7  ·  Automated evidence via Scout  ·  Board-ready reporting

Assessment data sits in documents.
Maturity improvement happens nowhere.

Most OT security programmes produce point-in-time assessments, a report, a gap list, and then nothing. Evidence scatters, ownership is unclear, and the next annual review starts from scratch. PCNAudit closes that gap.

  • Fragmented Evidence
Artefacts dispersed across drives, email, and spreadsheets. No single source of truth when it matters most.
  • No Continuous Tracking
Annual reviews give a snapshot, not a trajectory. Without run-time tracking you cannot demonstrate improvement over time.
  • No Board-Ready View
Leadership lacks a credible, consistent view of OT security posture. Operational detail and governance remain disconnected.

What PCNAudit Does

01

Three Audits, One Site

Infrastructure, Control Systems and Hosting are assessed independently against IEC 62443-3-3, each scored across all seven Foundational Requirements with four honest answer states.

02

Automated Evidence

CSNX Scout scans the OT network and pass/fails controls automatically, syncing verdicts straight into the matching audit. Evidence stays on site; only the results transmit.

03

Evidence Vault

Centralised evidence with audit trail and version control. Export a ZIP organised by Foundational Requirement at any phase of the audit.

04

Gap Management

A scored deficiency register per audit, with severity rating, control weight, and ownership assignment against every open gap.

05

Action Tracking

Remediation workflow with due-date tracking, progress status, and Statement of Work generation for any finding, straight to the CSNX team.

06

Board Reporting

Board-ready compliance reports with an AI executive summary, per-category maturity, and cycle-over-cycle trend analysis.

CSNX Scout

Watch the evidence collect itself

CSNX Scout is the field agent that feeds PCNAudit. It runs on the plant floor, positively passes or fails the controls it can verify on the wire, and syncs the verdicts straight into the matching audit. Only pass and fail results ever leave the site.

How It Works

A five-phase DMAIC workflow, run independently for each of the three audits, from initial baseline through to continuous improvement.

Built on IEC 62443

Every audit in PCNAudit is structured against IEC 62443-3-3 Security Requirements. Infrastructure, Control Systems and Hosting are each scored independently across the seven Foundational Requirements, with maturity graded from ML1 to ML4.

Assessment outputs are directly defensible against the international standard for OT cyber security. Not a generic framework adapted for OT, but IEC 62443 itself.

Prioritised Findings (29)
CRITICALAre Purdue Model zones defined and documented?
Zone boundaries must exist at minimum between L2, L3 (Ops), L3 (Enterprise). Each zone requires a boundary control device.
CRITICALIs there a dedicated OT DMZ between the PCN and corporate network?
A security DMZ with firewall enforcement on both sides. No direct connectivity between PCN and corporate is permitted.
CRITICALIs multi-factor authentication enforced for all SCADA/HMI access?
Password-only authentication is insufficient for OT systems. MFA required for all remote and local privileged access.
